Finding Your Purpose - What Makes You Forget to Eat?
The First Question was - What Price Are You Prepared To Pay?
The next question is what do you do that makes you forget to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner or all three?
Thomas Edison used to go for days without stopping and eating and had to be dragged away from his work. There are many other successful historical figures that showed the same intensity, Picasso, Tesla, Elon Musk, Andrew Carnegie, Ernest Hemingway.
You probably know some people who also show this trait. It could be someone who plays video games all day long. This might not be the game itself but could show determination to succeed, to get to the next level in whatever it is that they are doing...the desire to improve or to be the best or simply to conquer something. This drives people and that drive can help you identify your purpose.
People who become obsessed by something have a hunger and desire that won't go away, they take massive action to get towards their goals, dreams and desires adn they only do that if it's really something that they enjoy or love.
Anyone who does not have that drive but sees it in someone else might call them a workaholic.
The person labelled a workaholic does not see it that way. They cannot understand why everybody else isn't as driven as they are. The reason is simple. These "other people" have not yet found their purpose; when they do, they go to the next level.
