If You Do Know, What Could It Be?
This might seem a strange question but bear with me for a second.
No one knows you like you do. Therefore, there is no point in getting someone to tell you what your purpose is in life, chances are you probably already know. You just don't know that you know.
So how do you get it out of your head and onto paper?
My suggestions are;
1. Get Yourself a Journal such as The Best Self Journal - The benefit of a Journal is that it helps to keep you on track. It also asks you to answer twice a day to list 3 things that you are grateful for. Gratitude has the subliminal bonus of making you happier. It also makes you want to do more and it steers you towards finding your purpose.
2. What do you constantly think about? Even more important, what do you dream about? Without getting too technical about it, dreams require to be interpreted. In the dream interpretation business there are some common threads; for example, dreams about water tend to mean that you are really dreaming about emotions.
So if you have a common theme running through your dreams, take the time to find out what they can mean. And you can do that here.
